MISSION STATEMENT

Trilogy provides factoring services to the U.S. trucking industry by directly supporting the cash flow and fiscal operations of our customers to help them thrive. Our goal is to be an industry leader based on the highest levels of trust and Christian business ethics.

OUR HISTORY

The Trilogy management team has been collectively billing and paying its carrier clients in the transportation brokerage industry for 40 years. In addition, over the past two decades, the team has handled a very successful Quick Pay program for carriers. In 2022, the team worked with over 200 carriers in providing Quick Pay solutions. The team fully understands the process of obtaining the necessary paperwork to invoice the customer/debtor and advance-pay the carrier client. They also know the importance of credit approvals and collections.

Trilogy works with the U.S. trucking industry, focusing on mid-sized to small carriers without the time or resources to facilitate their own accounting. By partnering with Trilogy, these carriers can continue to deliver products and services to their customers without the stress of financial management, thus saving valuable time.

While the factoring industry involves high-tech finance and accounting, Trilogy prides itself on a high-touch approach of putting people first. The company’s COO is a career finance executive with over 30 years of experience in factoring and banking. As a banker, David worked as a commercial lender for two different large, publicly traded banks. David has also started and managed three different factoring operations and one truck leasing business. David has specialized in factoring in the transportation sector since 1995 for both large, medium, and small trucking companies.

Trilogy’s Senior VP of Operations is a career factoring executive who has spent the last five years in management. At his previous logistics firm, Chase supervised the department that handles all third-party billing operations. He originally started in that department as an accountant before moving into management, building experience that provides tactical as well as strategic expertise in his new role at Trilogy.

Emily has finance experience in several industries, including heavy equipment, construction, and terminal tractors. She has utilized multiple financial software programs in her analysis of the balance sheets of multiple industries. Most recently, she worked for a large terminal tractor provider assisting with month-end close, reconciling bank accounts, and all aspects of maintaining and analyzing company financials to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The Company’s Sales Manager, Justin has specialized in growing sales teams for the last 19 years. 17 of those years were geared toward sales and sales management in the high end automotive industry which allowed him to use his sales and networking skills which led him to Syfan Logistics almost 2 years ago. Prior to becoming the Trilogy Sales Manager, Justin worked as a Carrier Sales Representative before merging into the position of team leader.
